I shall be away for the next 3 weeks from my regular classes in Tully and Mission Beach on Tuesdays. Back on Tues 22nd October.

I'm back from holidays and looking forward to Qigong this afternoon Tuesday at Mission Beach school 5pm. You are very welcome to come and try. Cost $10 for a relaxing but energetic hour. The yin and Yang in action. Liz

Enjoying South Korea with my daughter seeing the sights of Seoul which has more people than Australia and a templestay at a Buddist monetary doing meditation, Sunmudo (Korean martial art) and qigong. Now at a beach area in the south for a totally different experience.

Enjoyed the qigong teacher training in Cairns with Master Simon Blow and happy to achieve level 1.
Away after today's session for 2 weeks and start back the first Tuesday in September.
7am in Tully Red Cross Hall and 5 pm at Mission Beach school.
