Tracy is a certified practising speech pathologist with more than 10 years of experience in paediatrics and adult disabilities. She is bilingual in English and Mandarin and has worked with a range of interpreters and families from culturally and linguistically diverse cultures.
Her proficiencies in diverse pragmatic, language, cognitive and accent differences across the lifespan have helped her achieve successful therapy outcomes in different settings such as schools, homes, early childhood settings, in clinic, community settings, disability accommodation, and through telehealth.
Tracy is experienced in the areas of early intervention, school-aged speech pathology, paediatric oral feeding, as well as low- and high-tech Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) modalities. She is a Hanen-certified speech pathologist and is trained in the SOS Approach to Feeding, as well as several other motoric and AAC modalities.
She believes strongly in a collaborative approach to clinical practice, as well as functional delivery of services out in the community, via telehealth or in the clinic depending on the best fit for the client.
