When it comes to change, ALL OR NOTHING … isn’t it.
We see it time and time again.
Extreme (and plain weird) dieting protocols, extreme training regimes don’t work in the long run. Sure, you will see a sudden change but that change won’t last, and usually will plateau very quick.
We aren’t in the business of making rapid all or nothing changes to our clients that will bounce back as soon as you look at a piece of cake 👀🎂
You don’t have to fear food….
You don’t have to train 5 to 7 days a week….
You don’t need to always be in a calorie deficit…
You don’t need such a gruelling process.
At LTL we like to check your lifestyle factors first and foremost, food quality, meal times, training age, and overall strength and consistency before we even consider going into a deficit.
Ultimately in the beginning it will take longer but it will be worth it when you aren’t living in a yo-yo mindset for the next 5, 10, or 20 years anymore.
