2025 was big for LTL
We entered the year guns-blazing (as always) and are wrapping up this year with a fire for where we are going.
LTL is a space where women can take up room. Train hard. Learn about their bodies. And feel supported while doing it (usually listening to great tunes and shouting from the mezzazine to get that PB!).
There is so much to say about the future of women in strength spaces, and why lifting weights together matters just as much as lifting weights solo.
Having a place where you’re surrounded by women who get it changes how you show up — not just in training, but in life.
Our mission continues: to empower women of all fitness levels through a tailored coaching experience that improves strength, confidence, and overall sustainable well-being through our training programs, nutritional plans, and coaching connections.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Personal Training is SO rewarding.
Watching your clients improve, lift weights they didn’t think they could, overcome old habits, mindset shifts, and achieve so much more in their journey from body changes to mental changes, it’s worth it.
It truly is powerful changing lives and this has got to be one of the best feelings as a trainer to help support someone’s growth.

Some days you’re unstoppable.
Some days you’re exhausted just thinking about trying.
And then there are the in-between days, the ones where you’re not full of fire, but you’re not burnt out either.
You just show up, do what needs to be done, tick the box, and move on.
Those days count the most.
Motivation will rise and fall. Burnout doesn’t mean you’ve failed — it means you’ve been trying. Hard - it’s a probably a sign you need to rest!
And the middle days? They’re where consistency is built.
Rest when you need to. Push when it feels right.
And on the average days — just keep going.
Stop this “start over” by just ticking the boxes as best you can.
