Some days you’re unstoppable.
Some days you’re exhausted just thinking about trying.
And then there are the in-between days, the ones where you’re not full of fire, but you’re not burnt out either.
You just show up, do what needs to be done, tick the box, and move on.
Those days count the most.
Motivation will rise and fall. Burnout doesn’t mean you’ve failed — it means you’ve been trying. Hard - it’s a probably a sign you need to rest!
And the middle days? They’re where consistency is built.
Rest when you need to. Push when it feels right.
And on the average days — just keep going.
Stop this “start over” by just ticking the boxes as best you can.
