Be your authentic self. Your authentic self is who you are when you have no fear of judgment, or before the world starts pushing you around and telling you who you're supposed to be. Your fictional self is who you are when you have a social mask on to please everyone else. Give yourself permission to be your authentic self.

Be kind to yourself FIRST! Check your inner thinking and what you are saying to yourself about yourself. Is it kind? If it is not, ask yourself would I speak to a small child like this, to my best friend like this or to somebody who loves me, and just wants to help, like this!

Starting therapy is often a lot easier than the anticipation of starting therapy. Why is it that when we really need it, we hesitate to reach out for help? Finding the right therapist really means finding someone with whom you feel safe, connected and where trust is born and healing begins.
I am a Holistic Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Life Coach, having studied at the Metavision Institute in Bowral and worked in private practice for over 10 years. My role is to provide a safe, non-judgemental, confidential and nurturing space that supports healing and restores balance back into every day life.
In my counselling sessions I embrace a holistic approach which helps to facilitate personal healing, growth, life direction and purpose. My holistic philosophy and practice is based on having a deep respect for my clients as whole people, rather than a cluster of symptoms or problems. I come with an understanding that each individual is a member of a wider family, social and political context which profoundly influences their life. I hold great reverence for every individual as the expert in their own life, who will be empowered by discovering the answers to (their own) questions and problems in their lives from deep within. Most importantly I acknowledge that it is the basic right of every human being to be loved and acknowledged and feel good about themselves.
I believe deeply in living an authentic life and how I do anything is how I do everything. I believe in love and that it is the true healer. To nourish is to flourish.
My door to my therapy room is open to everybody that knocks.
My arms are wide open to hold a loving space for all that enter.
