It’s not often you have a moment to reflect - but this weekend will be one. ✨

PEP Movement is a finalist in the Australian Women’s Small Business Awards in the Physiotherapist category and Katrina is an individual finalist in the Young Small Business Champion Woman Entrepreneur.

Lining up alongside some amazing women-led businesses, I am both humbled and proud to be considered finalists.

Delivering health services means helping people in a vulnerable time and it is our privilege to be part of this for our community.

It’s also a lovely time to acknowledge the other women who have help build PEP Movement including Jodie, Maddie, Jess, Sam Aunty Jane and Mum 💕

We always love an opportunity to empower those living with lymphoedema to make informed choices about their health.

Cancer can take so much away but here our ladies are building themselves up - muscles, bone density, cardiovascular fitness and mental health (to start!)
