A restorative bath can do wonders for your mind and body. For another one of our favourite winter baths, we love to add Epsom Salt to help reduce stress levels, a little bit of Almond Oil which is rich in Vitamin E to help moisturise and heal skin, with a little bit of Rose Essential Oil as it's calming but gently uplifting and it helps with anxiety and nervous tension

With so much information presented to us, it can sometimes feel overwhelming not knowing where to begin. This book takes you a journey of empowerment educating about your body and fertility. It teaches you how to connect into your body through mindful practices, nutrition and understanding the inner wisdom of your body. Every day I work with the most incredible women & couples so brave & courageous. Each journey so unique and different. There is a common bond amongst the "unspoken" of this journey. Social media now provides a platform where we connect and share our stories. Infertility doesn't discriminate against age, s*x, gender or race. Let's unite and start the conversation. Our future generations need guidance and education to understand their bodies, menstrual cycles and reproductive health. Join in the conversation over the next week.
