Stretching your knees and hips helps improve flexibility, reduce tightness, and prevent injury! This simple stretch targets those key areas, improving mobility for everyday movement or intense workouts.

✨ Benefits

Relieves joint pain & tension
Boosts range of motion
Improves posture and alignment
Reduces the risk of injuries
How to Do It:

Start in a comfortable standing position.
Step one leg back and bend the knees into a lunge position.
Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds, keeping your back straight.
Gently repeat on the other side.
Reps & Sets:

Perform 2-3 sets per leg.
Hold for 20-30 seconds each time.
