So frustrating that life always gets in the way! Finding the fine balance between, physical health, mental health and wealth is always very challenging.

My life those who knows me, is indeed very hectic. I would put my own health last, yes it is wrong. Too busy that I forget to even take my vitamins. Hence I've came down with the flu :(

But unless I win tattslotto it will continue like this for a little longer.

What I am trying to say is, I'm sure I'm not the only one. Too busy to eat, too busy to get proper rest, and piles of to dos.

I know some are still against the idea of vitamins, but seriously, I totally agree get as much nutrition and vitamns from what you eat. But thoughts are always easier than action. And when u can't achieve them. Do u rather fall sick and have your body deteriorate? When you are older, constantly on strong meds to keep urself alife?

Vitamins are not regulated, so please also choose them wisely. If you need more information on what vitamins to take and what type, we have done many researches on our end and would be happy to pass them to you.

Menstrual cycle is part of our life. How many of you wish that once a Month dont come? And when they do, it felt like it was yesterday since your last period cramps!

Has the pain gotten in your way of your normal daily function? Had to cancel plans last minute with such an stupid excuse ,"sorry period pain"? And just feels miserable holding that hot waterbottle and wished you were born a boy?

I personally experienced severe symptoms, you name it I got it. Bloated, headache, body ache, throwing up, not mention massive pain that disables me to even roll out of my bed. Pop some pain killers they say....did not help! And having those pain killers on an empty stomach...wasn't the best of ideas but I could not stomach any food as I shake in pain and vomit them away.

During primary school and half of high school I never had it. And always thought I was lucky....but my luck sure ran out! I went online to research and tried many things. Diet changes and herbal remedies and now has finally found something that works 😍 and OMG! If you have period pain as bad as me, now a days, it feels so unreal! No pain? I can even do minor workout closer to when my period is due. I am really so grateful and were to be able to share and help those around me ❤
