Fitness Training with Nourish Melbourne 21 Day Program competition winner Clara this afternoon
Here we have one of our 21 Day Program members performing an XT Bodyweight Core Roll-Out. To perform this move:
- Hold the Suspension trainer with arms straight ahead, and body in a straight line
- Shoulders drawn in to your body
with your Core tight and neutral spine
- Lean forward until the Core is working to keep you upright
- Depending on your technique and core strength, adjust your feet forward or back.
This move is excellent for building the core strength to apply in all Fitness Components, as well as a great boost for your Chaturanga!
