There is a common misconseption that the 1:1 Diet is all shakes.
I am here to tell you that it's not.
This is what I have enjoyed today, whilst following Step 3 of the Plan 👇
* Porridge for breakfast
* Fish, rice and veg for lunch with a yoghurt
* Spaghetti Bolognese for dinner
* Salted caramel chocolate bites to finish 😋
I feel full, satisfied. I’ve got more energy, less sluggish and I am sleeping better.
