Do you have pain on the side of your hip? 🤔
Worse when lying on your side?
Does it feel hot, inflamed or irritated?

This could be hip bursitis 💡- or specifically trochanteric or ischiogluteal bursitis.

A bursa is a normal structure that is similar to a mini water balloon. It’s a fluid filled sac that protects the muscle from rubbing on the bone.

Sometimes they can become inflamed and when the bursa become inflamed, it’s called bursitis.

Things like ice, avoiding direct pressure and or course some Osteo treatment can be beneficial.

🙋🏼‍♂️🙋🏽🙋🏼‍♀️Question: my baby has started cruising on furniture recently, would an Osteo treatment be beneficial?

Answer: the short answer is yes, at each major milestone it can be beneficial for a treatment.

Their little leg and feet muscle and just getting used to having their body weight on them. Often I have parents concerned that they have more pressure on their toes and sometimes this can be from a build up of tightness in the surrounding muscles.

Important milestone check up treatments are often done at rolling both ways, crawling, cruising and then walking.
