The style of Yoga I teach is Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa. I have qualifications in advance diploma of Yoga teaching, with the Australian Yoga Academy.

Also I am a member of Yoga Australia. experience: 20 years of yoga experience. 10 years teaching at gyms/ community centres in Knox, Wantirna, Corydon, Rowville, Dandenong, Chadstone and Endeverhills

prices: $16 for casual classes or $145 for a 10 week term

beginner classes: Mondays
general classes: Wednesday, Thursday morning
intermediate classes: Thuresday night

Merry Christmas lovely people,what a wonderful year of yoga it has been,don't forget to do some yoga over the holidays, even if it is 10mins a day ,find time just for you to slow down,do your yoga breathing and a little stretching ,you will feel better for it ,and I will see your happy faces when I return in January ,Om Shanti Om to all Namaste 💜🙏
