Hi friends, another note to new followers (or old ones) who may not realise that our main page and business is Yoga Grooves . We don't monitor this acro page but we are still in business. When we first brought acroyoga to Perth many many years ago it helped to have a separate page, separate website for acroyoga as no one really knew what it was. 17 years on, now it's just a little overwhelming and a little hard to manage 2 so everything is over at Yoga Grooves or catch Jo's profile: Jo Yogagrooves or website: https://yogagrooves.com.au/

Be sure to drink water after yoga (even non sweaty classes such as restorative yoga and also Thai Massage). Staying hydrated after yoga (and staying hydrated in general) can encourage a better delivery of the moved energy to all cells for better health and an even flow of energy throughout the body. ❤️

Coming up in Canning Vale: Restorative Yoga is this Thursday March 7th at 6:30pm and next Sunday March 10th at 3:15pm.

Therapeutic acroyoga & Thai Massage (workshop) is on Sunday March 10th at 9:30am - 11:30am.

Hi everyone, I keep forgetting about this page. I don't need it so much anymore. It was helpful when we first brought Acroyoga to Perth many years ago and no one really knew what acroyoga was but now trying to condense it all over on our main page at Yoga Grooves. Please follow us there in case we forget to come back over here. Still teaching Acroyoga and yoga, just preferring not to separate the pages these days. We're no longer in Fremantle (in case you missed that update) and classes are now in Canning Vale.

3 places left in our final Acroyoga class for Fremantle on Sunday Oct 1st at 9am - 10:30am. Cost is $25 per person and class. Beginners are welcome. After this we will be relocating to Canning Vale.

Sunday Jan 29th: 10:30am - 11:30am Family Acroyoga (7-10yrs)

Sundays Feb 12, 19 & 26th: 9am - 10am Family Acroyoga (7-10yrs)
10:30am - 11am Family Acroyoga (4-8yrs)

Mondays Feb 13 - April 3rd: 4:15pm - 4:45pm Kids Yoga (4-8yrs)

Tuesdays Feb 21 - April 4th: 4:15pm - 5:15pm Kids Yoga & Acroyoga (10-14yrs)

Wednesdays March 15 - April 5th: 3:45pm - 4:45pm Kids Yoga & Acroyoga (8-12yrs)

**Age groups & times may be tweaked depending on interested. 🥰

I guess I should do a quick plug while I'm here about our Acroyoga classes for 2023......Not a big plug, just giving you the dates. They are, so far, Mondays Jan 16, 23 & 30 at 5:15pm - 6:45pm.
