Weight loss is slowing down but getting closer to my goal weight of 88 kgs. Haven't been working out everyday but following a keto lifestyle and one meal a day. Alcohol and cigarette free for a long time.

Will be starting some shadowing / work experience at East maddington primary school starting this Friday. Helping the sports teacher setup for Friday block sports. This will help me get some experience with children's skill sets depending on their age/ Ability. Looking forward to learning about children and exercise.

Haven't posted in a long time as I've been going thru alot mentally. I've made alot of changes to my lifestyle including 57 days alcohol and cigarette free. Have been watching what I put into my body more and it's paid off. Down to 97.4 kg from 108.5 kg. Goal weight is 88kg but with more muscle mass and lean/ toned. First workout today in a long time arms and chest. Just remember it's only quitting if you give up and never try again. We are all capable of more than we think of ourselves.

Well done to this female client great workout today. Could tell you were getting tired towards the end of your session, but you kept pushing thru. You kept your heart rate up and had good technique. You might be sore tonight or tommorow but it will be worth it.

Another smashing effort to this male client. He's got great willpower and motivation with smaller and less breaks inbetween we kept his heart rate up higher and for a longer period of time. Well done bud with this kind of effort and intensity we will get you looking like one of those fireman calendar models. Attempted my own work out after you left but had issues with connectivity between the heart rate monitor belt and the app.

We all have good days and bad days. Made myself go to Hapkideo class tonight, no I didn't do as good as I usually do, but I still went and did something. Mentally and physically drained but still moving forward. Sometimes life is like a snakes and ladders board game today I rolled a 2 on the dice , but on the positive side I didn't go backwards on a snake.

Nutrition is just as important as exercise. Beef patty ,bacon ,egg and haloumi for protein. Celery,spinach ,buk choy,thyme,basil,parsley,chives and oregano for herbs/vegetables. Red cayenne and a Scorpion Trindad Cardi for flavour and heat. Majonaise so it's not too dry.
