Try this routine right now:

1. Standing hamstring stretch: Hinge at hips, keep legs straight, reach toward toes. Hold 30 seconds each leg.
2. Lying hamstring stretch: Lie on your back, pull one knee toward chest, straighten leg. Hold 30 seconds each side.
3. Foam rolling (if you have one): Roll your hamstring slowly for 1-2 minutes each leg.

1. Dead bug: Lie on your back, extend opposite arm and leg, hold 5 seconds, repeat 10 times each side

Wrist pain from typing? Try this prevention routine. ⌨️

If you spend hours at a keyboard, your wrists are probably paying the price.

Here's a quick routine to prevent and ease wrist pain:

1. Wrist flexor stretch: Extend one arm, use other hand to gently pull fingers back. Hold 30 seconds each side.
2. Wrist extensor stretch: Extend arm, palm down, gently press back of hand down. Hold 30 seconds each side.
3. Wrist circles: Make 10 slow circles each direction, each wrist.
4. Forearm massage: Use your thumb to massage the inside of your forearm for 1 minute each side.

Do this 2-3 times a day and you'll notice less pain and stiffness.
