Hi, I am Gabi. I own City Cave Southport, am a dog lover and fiercely passionate about prioritising wellness...

BUT I have never found it more overwhelming than I do as a 30(something) year old to prioritise my wellness, work, family and find time to meet new people and fill my social cup. So I thought, why not start an initiative where we can connect and do 3 of those things at once!

Join me for a light walk kicking off at City Cave Southport at 7:30 am for a casual stroll, before circling back for a warm drink and a chance to connect. The aim is to enjoy some light movement and meet new people before our day starts. All humans and dogs of all fitness levels are most welcome.
