A friendly reminder of our cancellation policy ✨

Where an appointment has been scheduled and you are unable to attend, we ask that you cancel at least two hours in advance and notify us by calling the clinic.

Failure to attend an appointment or cancellation within two hours of the scheduled time will result in a nonattendance fee equal to the full quoted fee for the booked consultation or procedure. This reflects the appointment type selected at the time of booking, whether a standard consultation, long or complex consultation, or a medical procedure.

Nonattendance fees must be settled prior to the booking of any further appointments. If you have any questions regarding our cancellation policy, kindly call the clinic or ask at your next appointment!

We now offer administration of neurologist initiated migraine infusion therapy for eligible patients.

Some patients with chronic migraine receive specialist prescribed infusion treatment every three months. These treatments are usually provided in hospital settings.

For patients already commenced on therapy by their neurologist, Her Medical can now provide infusion administration in clinic, offering a comfortable and convenient local option.

A neurologist treatment plan is required and the neurologist continues to oversee your care.

This International Women's Day the Her Medical team are taking part in the Mater Chicks in Pink Fun Run to raise funds and awareness for the women and families impacted by breast cancer.

We’re delighted to be welcoming Dr Jessica Clarke to the Her Medical team.

Dr Clarke offers comprehensive general practice care across all ages and stages, with a strong focus on preventative health, lifestyle medicine, chronic disease management, and skin cancer checks and procedures.

She has a particular passion for women’s health and provides a wide range of services including cervical screening, contraceptive care, IUD and Implanon insertion and removal, menstrual and menopause support, fertility care, and antenatal and postnatal care.

I want to take a moment to acknowledge our reception team because what they do deserves to be seen.

They carry a massive workload. Phones ringing constantly. Complex bookings. Privacy to protect. Patients who are unwell, anxious, frustrated, or overwhelmed. They sit right at the front of it all, all day, every day.

And yet, they are a huge part of why we do healthcare differently.

From the first phone call to the front desk hello, the care is genuine. Not rehearsed. Not transactional. Human. Kind. Thoughtful. That takes emotional intelligence, resilience, and professionalism, especially when the pace is relentless.

What makes me especially proud is the camaraderie. They back each other, support each other, and keep showing up together even on the hard days. There is laughter, trust, and a shared commitment to doing things well and doing them properly.
