🌟 Team Spotlight: Ashleigh Tory - Clinical Coordinator (QLD) 🌟

Ashleigh joined Unidex in May 2025 and brings strong clinical experience to our community teams. She’s a Registered Nurse (Dip. Nursing 2013; B. Nursing 2017) with Cert III qualifications in Aged Care and HACC, and experience across disability, aged care, oncology, day-infusion, general medical/surgical and pathology (phlebotomy).

In her role Ashleigh provides clinical oversight and account management—focusing on participant safety, staff support and practical, person-centred matching. A highlight? Her first week was also her birthday and the team surprised her with cake — a lovely welcome that showed the culture here.

Outside work she enjoys gardening, gaming and caring for her birds. Ashleigh was drawn to Unidex by our genuine commitment to improving the lives of people with disability, and she says our person-centred approach is what sets us apart.

From emergency response to long-term recovery – we’re proud to support Adam every step of the way.

This moving story of Adam Croton’s reunion with the Queensland Police first responders who helped save his life reminds us what true care looks like: coordinated, compassionate, and continuous.

Adam’s journey didn’t end when he left the ICU. At Unidex, we’re proud to provide the care and support that continues his recovery – empowering him to reclaim his independence, dignity, and life.
