Let’s Talk Fertility! ➰🙋🏽‍♀️

Lately, I’ve been having more and more conversations about fertility and how it’s not just one thing, but a whole mix of things that can help us feel more in sync with our bodies. 🌿

Things like acupuncture, a more nourishing diet, gentle lifestyle shifts, and the right supplements can really support that sense of balance. Not in a “quick fix” way, but in a slow, grounding, getting-to-know-your-body kind of way.

It’s less about doing everything perfectly and more about tuning in, getting support, and creating space for your body to feel safe and supported. 💛

🌿General treatments

We are a fertility and pregnancy clinic, although we see a large number of patients seeking treatments for general wellbeing, relaxation and pain relief.

Muscle tightness and pain in the body can present in patients at the jaw, pelvis, groin, neck, upper back and lower back particularly in patients with endometriosis and patients suffering from chronic inflammation.

We offer as part of our treatments a combination of acupuncture and massage which can help to relax the entire body.
