Explant with capsulectomy and mastopexy (breast lift)- Dr Cronin

This patient came to see Dr Cronin with low, heavy implants that were starting to cause issues with back and neck pain, desiring removal without replacement.

Dr Cronin performed a bilateral explant and capsulectomy with concurrent mastopexy. This procedure took 2.5 hours and was performed as a day procedure. Drains were used for this patient and removed 2 days post-operatively.

Photos are taken 6 weeks post-operatively, at which time the patient can resume her normal activities of daily living, including exercise and swimming.

Circumferential lipectomy and mastopexy (breast lift)

This lovely patient in her early 30's came to see Dr Cronin with excess skin concerns and ptosis and deflation of the breasts after 60kg's of weight loss.

Dr Cronin performed a combined circumferential lipectomy and bilateral breast lift procedure at Pindara Private Hospital.

The procedure took 6 hours, and the patient remained in hospital for 5 nights.

Photos are taken at 6 weeks post-operatively, after which time the patient was able to return to her normal daily activities, including exercise.

Circumferential Lipectomy and mastopexy (breast lift)- Dr Cronin

After having children, this patient underwent a gastric sleeve, and lost approximately 60kg. During her consultation with Dr Cronin, the patient shared her discomfort due to rashes, skin breakdown, and feeling uncomfortable in clothing due to the excess skin.

The patient's concerns included arms, breasts, thighs and abdomen. Dr Cronin and the patient agreed on staging her procedures to ensure best outcomes.

Her first procedure was a circumferential lipectomy and breast lift (mastopexy). She is booked to have her arms and thighs addressed in a second procedure in 6 months' time.

Photos are taken 6weeks post-procedure.

Teardrop/anatomical breast implants 390cc High Profile with fat grafting

This patient came to see Dr Cronin wanting to increase breast volume and enhance breast shape and cleavage planes.

Pre-operatively you can see she has asymmetry in fold position and ni**le height, and wide native cleavage planes. She also has a ni**le position in the lower third of her breast, making her better suited to an anatomical or 'teardrop' implant.

Dr Cronin performed a bilateral breast augmentation for her with medial dual plane, internal bra fixation and fat grafting to the cleavage planes. This procedure took 90 minutes and was performed as a day procedure.

Photos are taken 6 weeks post-operatively, at which time the patient is able to resume all her normal daily activities, including exercise.
