Our studio is located in central Southport only a few minutes walk from the Queen Street G Link and operates 7 days a week. At Hot Yoga Southport, the benefits of yoga are amplified by our inspiring community. No matter how you feel, you are never to (old, inflexible, big, small) to try yoga and develop your own practice. While each class has it's own challenges, they are intelligently and purposefully designed to gradually immerse the new student into the practice over time. Roll out your mat and let go of whatever is holding you back. Be willing to meet yourself where you are and observe over time the benefits of finding your yoga. Prior yoga experience and knowledge is not necessary, as all of our team will help guide you in each class. The studio was first established in 2010 and has to grow and be an amazing part of the Southport community. At Hot Yoga Southport we offer state of the art Infrared heating panels in our hot room, full bathroom facilities & on-site parking is available. These shapes inspire strength, create space, and invite a deeper connection with self — embodying the heart of our practice.
Our asana — the physical postures — are just one limb of the practice, yet for many they open a pathway to self-inquiry and awareness.
You’ll also find these postures throughout our Vinyasa-style flows and alignment principle-based classes, where we move with intention and curiosity.

Let us introduce ourselves, our names are Darren & Stacy and we would love to welcome you to our studio. Darren is a fully qualified Bikram Yoga teacher, he completed his teacher training in 2012 in Los Angeles. We are both very passionate about yoga and the benefits from practicing yoga on a regular basis.
We are a Bikram Yoga studio and we believe in the benefits of this practice. We are not affilated with Bikram Choudhury or do we pay any financial benefits or loyalities. We are an independently owned and operated studio and we are all about “The Yoga” and how it can enhance your life.
Yoga has been practiced for thousands of years, and the benefits of this practice are truly amazing, here are a few:
