Our studio is located in central Southport only a few minutes walk from the Queen Street G Link and operates 7 days a week. At Hot Yoga Southport, the benefits of yoga are amplified by our inspiring community. No matter how you feel, you are never to (old, inflexible, big, small) to try yoga and develop your own practice. While each class has it's own challenges, they are intelligently and purposefully designed to gradually immerse the new student into the practice over time. Roll out your mat and let go of whatever is holding you back. Be willing to meet yourself where you are and observe over time the benefits of finding your yoga. Prior yoga experience and knowledge is not necessary, as all of our team will help guide you in each class. The studio was first established in 2010 and has to grow and be an amazing part of the Southport community. At Hot Yoga Southport we offer state of the art Infrared heating panels in our hot room, full bathroom facilities & on-site parking is available. It’s not about pushing through or pretending everything is fine.
Resilience in yoga is the gentle, steady practice of returning to yourself, breath after breath, moment after moment.

It’s wobbling in a balance pose and choosing to try again.
It’s meeting your body exactly as it is today, not as you wish it was.
It’s learning that strength can look soft, and progress can look slow.

Most of all, yoga reminds us that resilience isn’t loud.
It’s quiet, patient, and built through presence — one breath at a time.

Let us introduce ourselves, our names are Darren & Stacy and we would love to welcome you to our studio. Darren is a fully qualified Bikram Yoga teacher, he completed his teacher training in 2012 in Los Angeles. We are both very passionate about yoga and the benefits from practicing yoga on a regular basis.

We are a Bikram Yoga studio and we believe in the benefits of this practice. We are not affilated with Bikram Choudhury or do we pay any financial benefits or loyalities. We are an independently owned and operated studio and we are all about “The Yoga” and how it can enhance your life.
