Sometimes it helps to change the perspective of how we look at the challenging situations or relationships in our lives.
Counselling can help with this as we unpack together rigid thoughts and beliefs that we are holding as absolute facts that may be preventing us from a richer , more fulfilling and happier way of being . 💫

Another wonderful masseuse joins out team.

Katrina once worked with us before having her kids and now joins us again for Remedial massage.
Katrina also has a special interest in Pregnancy massage. We are so happy to have her back.

She is now available Tuesday mornings and Saturdays.

WE would love to officially welcome our newest Osteopath to our amazing team. Some of you may already have had a massage with Bonnie over the last couple of years and now she has added to her skills and graduated as an Osteopath. She will be with us On Wednesdays and Fridays.
