Hi, I'm Dominique the creator of the 'Wonder Sheet', a unique style of fitted bed sheet. I was 8 years old when my dad was diagnose with Parkinson's disease. As the disease progressed dad started to have problems turning over. Getting in and out of bed was becoming really difficult. Mum and I started to look around for products and experiment with different fabrics and ways dad could move himself more easily in bed. The hips and the bottom area is the hardest area to move in all of us, no matter our weight or age. It usually causes the most pain as well. I love when people ring or email inquiring about the Wonder Sheet, it gives me a warm fuzzy feeling because I remember dad and the reason why I designed the Wonder Sheet in the first place. Everything he went through was worth while because something amazing came out of it that can help so many people of all ages. What I don't like to hear is why they need the Wonder Sheet. I can empathize with them and totally understand how they feel and how frustrating it is. Its so great to know I have a solution for that problem. Something that can help with their mobility, something that can make turning over and getting in and out of bed easier. The husband/wife/loved one can also find it helpful if they're doing some manual handling because the effort it takes is reduced, so its not as hard to help them move. So many products and services have come about because of a personal necessity. Please like my page and share with someone you know that might need some help with their mobility. I can also tell you, the Wonder Sheet is just beautiful to sleep on and you don't have to necessarily have anything wrong with you to be able to enjoy them. My husband and I haven't slept on anything else for over 10 years. (apart from some holidays, but we usually try and pack a sheet)
