Making some progress on this entry to star ⭐🤸♀️.
Mid-term fatigue is significantly impacting on how much acro we are doing at the moment... But little by little practice makes progress....and we are enjoying the journey.

I'm really enjoying growing as a base since my kids have taken an interest in acro. This is part of a routine we are working on at the moment. (This flow transitions in and out of Nunchuck).

Beautiful afternoon of acro with my daughter. It's so calming being outside and watching the sky change and the birds fly home as evening approaches. ❤️
