Pain is often the last thing to show up and the first thing to leave.
 When we look at musculoskeletal injuries, pain alone doesn’t tell the full story. Behind that “tight” or “sore” area is usually a combination of:
 Muscular dysfunction — altered activation or weakness
 Joint restriction — limited motion affecting movement patterns

Tissue adaptation — changes that occur over time from load, posture, or compensation

“Hi, I’m Dr. Alex, a proud member of the Cockburn community where I was born and raised. I graduated from Murdoch University with a double bachelor’s degree in Chiropractic after five years of study.
Previously, I played soccer professionally, which enhanced and opened up my interest of the body. I also spent my university years working with people with disabilities. I have special interest in sports conditioning and injury management, and I enjoy helping my patients achieve their goals.
