We have a ZERO TOLERANCE approach to any verbal, aggressive, or violent behaviour towards our doctors, nurses, staff, or other patients.

Our staff aim to be polite, helpful, and sensitive to each patient’s individual needs. They understand that unwell people may not always act reasonably, and they take this into account when managing misunderstandings or complaints.
However — aggressive behaviour, whether verbal or physical, will not be tolerated.
• Abusive individuals will be asked to leave the Practice and transfer their care elsewhere.
• We reserve the right to refuse treatment and take further action to protect the safety of our staff and patients.
Our staff are encouraged to end phone calls immediately if they feel threatened.
If your call is terminated, that is a clear sign that a boundary has been crossed.
