Feeling confused by someone who gives you mixed signals?
This EFT Tapping session is for you. We’ll explore and release the stress of emotional breadcrumbing — when someone gives just enough attention to keep you interested, but never fully commits.

What is breadcrumbing?
It’s when someone offers small bits of affection or interest — like a message or compliment — but never follows through. You’re left waiting, hoping, and feeling drained.

Why does it happen?
Often it comes from someone with an avoidant attachment style — they pull you close, then push you away when it gets emotional or real.

This tapping will help you clear the confusion, reconnect with your self-worth, and break the cycle.

Forgiveness is often misunderstood—especially in the context of trauma or emotionally abusive relationships.

Many of us were taught that to forgive means to forget, reconcile, or pretend it didn’t happen. But that’s not true healing.

Forgiveness, from a trauma-informed lens, is for you—not for the person who hurt you.

It means:

✔ You're choosing peace over resentment.
✔ You're no longer giving that person free rent in your head.
✔ You're reclaiming your emotional energy.
❌ It doesn’t mean they’ve changed.
❌ It doesn’t mean what they did was okay.
❌ It doesn’t mean you need to let them back in.

Some people don’t deserve a front-row seat in your life—even if you've forgiven them.

This quote cuts through the fluff and reminds us:
You can let go without letting someone back in.
You can release the pain without rewriting the story.

EFT Tapping helps reduce the emotional intensity surrounding painful experiences, so letting someone go isn't just a conscious decision—it becomes easier because the trauma caused by their actions no longer holds an unconscious grip on our daily lives. As the emotional charge fades, we begin to feel stronger, more grounded, and empowered in our self-worth.

And like all forgiveness, it's an empowering choice—not an obligation. Choosing to forgive or not is up to us. It's not being difficult or stubborn when we don’t offer forgiveness easily—it's a natural response to having our trust broken. The actions of abusers often robbed us of choice, and reclaiming that choice is a vital part of healing.

Have you ever felt pressured to forgive in a way that didn’t feel safe or fair?

Let’s talk about it in the comments. 💬

If you're healing from CPTSD or childhood trauma, you're not alone—and neither is your journey. Many of us heal in isolation, especially after going no contact with toxic family members or abusive relationships. The loneliness can be intense, and the urge to reconnect with the very people who caused us harm is real.

In this powerful EFT tapping session, we focus on reclaiming your self-worth and reinforcing your boundaries, so you don’t fall back into cycles of emotional pain and manipulation.

💚 This video is for you if you’ve ever thought:
- “Was it worth going no contact?”
- “Why am I still healing alone?”
- “Maybe I should go back, just so I’m not lonely…”

You’ll tap through feelings of abandonment, isolation, guilt, and longing—and come out with a deeper connection to your self-worth, even in the face of doubt and emotional triggers.

25/03/2025

One of the most painful parts of healing from trauma is realising that your truth—your lived experience—makes some people uncomfortable… especially those who benefited from you staying quiet.

Abusers and manipulators will often go to great lengths to protect their image and avoid accountability.
They may:
🧩 Delete or hide evidence of what really happened.
🧩 Deny or distort the truth.
🧩 Claim to speak on behalf of “everyone” to isolate you.
🧩 Gaslight you into questioning your memory.
🧩 Use crazy-making tactics to make you feel unstable or irrational.

And when you finally speak up, you might hear things like:
🔻 “I’m sorry you feel that way.”
🔻 “You’re too sensitive.”
🔻 “You should just get over it.”

These phrases are not apologies—they’re deflections. They're used to dismiss your emotions so they don’t have to take responsibility for their actions. It’s subtle, but it’s deeply invalidating.

💡 If someone is deleting messages, changing the story, or twisting your words—document everything. Save conversations. Take screenshots. Keep records. Not out of spite, but to protect your reality when it’s being actively denied.

💪 As you heal, hold firm in your boundaries and stay rooted in your self-worth.
Because your voice, your truth, and your healing threaten the false narratives they’ve built. And your self-worth is the very thing they want to dismantle.

But here’s the truth:
✨ You are not “too sensitive.”
✨ You are not “making it up.”
✨ You are allowed to feel what you feel—and speak up about it.

You may lose people as you reclaim your voice, but you will find yourself.
And that’s where the real healing begins.

💬 Have you experienced this kind of emotional manipulation or dismissal? What helped you stand in your truth? Let’s support each other in the comments.

Feel rejected, not enough, or afraid people will leave you? Tap with me and let’s shift that together.

I’m Dion from Eflowtion Support Services, and in this EFT tapping session, we’re diving into abandonment issues—especially the kind that can stem from childhood neglect, past trauma, and emotional inconsistency in relationships.

These experiences can leave us feeling anxious, jealous, angry, or stuck in patterns where we push people away before they can leave us. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and this session is for you.

Struggling with self-image, shame, or feelings of unworthiness?
The way we see ourselves can be deeply impacted by childhood trauma and negative conditioning. If you’ve ever felt like you weren’t enough, disliked your reflection, or modified yourself to gain acceptance, this EFT tapping session will help you release those painful beliefs and reconnect with self-love and self-acceptance.

In this guided tapping session, we’ll acknowledge the impact of past experiences, release the emotional weight of self-criticism, and begin reclaiming our identity with kindness.

For many of us, especially those who have experienced narcissistic abuse or people-pleasing patterns, setting boundaries can feel uncomfortable at first. But the truth is, boundaries are a sign of self-respect, not selfishness. They show that you value your time, energy, and emotional well-being.

When you start enforcing boundaries, some people may resist—especially those who benefited from your lack of them. But standing firm isn’t about pushing others away; it’s about protecting your peace and making space for healthier relationships.

Have you ever struggled with setting boundaries? How did it change things for you? Let’s talk in the comments! 👇

Growth isn’t always easy, especially when it disrupts old patterns and relationships. Healing means changing how you see yourself, how you set boundaries, and what you’re willing to accept. But not everyone will support that.

Some people may feel uncomfortable with your growth because it forces them to confront their own unresolved pain. Others may try to pull you back into familiar dysfunction because it serves their needs.

This can be painful, but remember: Healing isn’t about keeping others comfortable—it’s about reclaiming yourself.

EFT tapping can help you process the emotions that come with this transition—grief, guilt, fear—and build the resilience to keep moving forward.
