Alright, so let's keep it real—I've had a bit of an indulgent start to July, celebrating my birthday with an overseas holiday, which involved indulging in local restaurants every day for lunch and dinner, cocktails, and spending a fair amount of time relaxing, but not so much of the time with a health focus. I'm all about showing both sides of my life because, let's face it, we're all human and I acknowledge that we need to live life to the fullest!
So I landed back on Aussie soil yesterday morning and am straight into a 6-week challenge to get back on the healthy habits wagon. Life's a journey, and I believe in being open about the ride.
Here's the deal: I've noticed that moving my body within the first hour of waking does wonders. So, depending on my work schedule (bracing myself for the early 5am gym sessions 🏋️ or maybe I should try some unpredictable weather adventures or dance classes), I'm diving in. Crazy? Maybe. Fun? Definitely!
