Alright, so let's keep it real—I've had a bit of an indulgent start to July, celebrating my birthday with an overseas holiday, which involved indulging in local restaurants every day for lunch and dinner, cocktails, and spending a fair amount of time relaxing, but not so much of the time with a health focus. I'm all about showing both sides of my life because, let's face it, we're all human and I acknowledge that we need to live life to the fullest!

So I landed back on Aussie soil yesterday morning and am straight into a 6-week challenge to get back on the healthy habits wagon. Life's a journey, and I believe in being open about the ride.

Here's the deal: I've noticed that moving my body within the first hour of waking does wonders. So, depending on my work schedule (bracing myself for the early 5am gym sessions 🏋️ or maybe I should try some unpredictable weather adventures or dance classes), I'm diving in. Crazy? Maybe. Fun? Definitely!

Oh boy, let me tell you, 2023 has been quite the showstopper! Buckle up, because I've got some juicy stories to share with you. This year has been a wild ride, like a rollercoaster on steroids. We've had our fair share of surprises and challenges, enough to keep us on the edge of our seats. From hilarious moments that had us rolling on the floor laughing, to heart-wrenching times that brought tears to our eyes, we've experienced it all. And oh boy, our resilience and patience were put to the test like never before. 2023 has impacted us in ways we never saw coming. It's been an emotional rollercoaster, my friend, with twists and turns at every corner. Who knows what 2024 has up its sleeve, but let's keep our fingers crossed for more moments of pure bliss and endless happiness. Cheers to that!

Hey everyone! I wanted to share some exciting news and set a health goal that I'm truly determined to achieve. By Christmas 2023, I'm aiming to lose three dress sizes and regain control over my health journey. It's time to break free from my own self-doubt and step back into the gym, ready to conquer new challenges! And what better accountability buddy is there than sharing with you all.

To make my fitness journey even more fulfilling, I'll be incorporating strength training and yoga into my routine. The perfect combination of strength, flexibility, and inner peace. I can't wait to feel the benefits of these practices, both physically and mentally.

Although I'm currently dealing with being sick (damn Covid), I won't let it discourage me. Once I'm back on my feet, I'll be diving headfirst into my new fitness regimen. And guess what? I'm fortunate enough to have won some Perform at our recent conference! This incredible, clean, product will aid in my recovery after intense strength training sessions, helping me bounce back stronger than ever.
