With a Bachelor of Commerce in Tourism Management and a background in hospitality management, Cat brings precision, warmth, and problem-solving prowess to her role. As the first point of contact for practices when challenges arise, she thrives under pressure and is known as the "go-to person" who always finds a solution, or the person who knows where to find it.

Beyond her operational expertise, Cat leads GP recruitment and registration, offering support to doctors across our network with a balance of professionalism and care.

Outside work, you’ll find her exploring the outdoors with her son, rock climbing, gardening, or indulging her inner foodie, with a quick detour to Bunnings, of course.

Meet Shruti Deshwal, the powerhouse behind Cordium’s operations.

With a Master of Engineering from the University of Melbourne and a career start as an Electrical Engineer at Siemens, Shruti joined us in 2016 to automate accounting processes—then transformed the way we work.

Today, as Chief Operations Officer, she:
• Drives strategy and performance
• Strengthens teams and processes
• Keeps patient care at the centre of every decision
