‘You guys are so lucky!’ Are we? Really? NO!

We have created this life. You can too you know 😉 Freedom is a choice.

So many people are misplaced right now because they’ve said no. We said no but nothing changed for us. I say this not to rub it in to these wonderful humans but to assure them that there are other ways you can create your freedom 💗

No alcohol for 17 days and counting 👊🏼

A promise I made to myself 🥰

This full time travel life can be hard on your body, particularly your liver. I have never been a big drinker but found with travelling that it was way too easy to be social and have a drink or ✌🏼 (sometimes more) at happy hour 😬
It’s time! I’m not setting any rules around it but feel it’s time I refocused, prioritise myself & my health and gave it my all!

You’ll probably be seeing more of me, so buckle up…I’ve got some cool things in store you 💗

What promises are you making for yourself right now?

Side note: I found replacing alcohol with lime and soda or kombucha makes me feel like I’m still being social 😉

Side note #2: Did you know that alcohol inhibits the body’s ability to absorb vitamins and nutrients. So even if you are eating super well and taking whole foods supplements like LLV, you’re not getting everything you should be.

Life by the beach feels good 🥰

I’ve been having a break from socials and it is so refreshing. Anyone who know me well enough knows I’ll just go and go but sometimes I just need some down time with no one around 😆

How many times a day do you spray your surfaces? 🤔 Breathing in all sorts of chemicals (so do those around you) 🤮

Saying you don’t have the time or you just didn’t know, isn’t good enough! The choices you make about the products you use for you and your family daily is critical for your health. There’s around 85,000 chemicals on the market that are used in cleaning and personal care products. Don’t let them fool you with labels like Organic, Clean, Vegan, Cruelty Free etc, they are often still packed with nasties.

DIY is fun but sometimes just not practical. If you don’t have the time to be checking ingredients, switch to dōTERRA’s pre-made products with confidence that they are free from all synthetic fragrances and nasty chemicals 🥰

Don’t be a horses ass 🙊🤣

This time of year can be really difficult for some. It’s hectic. People are on a mission. And now, people are also being divided. So when you can choose to be anything at all BE KIND 🥰 Christmas is not all happiness and cheer for everyone and can be really challenging.

I hope you are all having fun preparing for Christmas and not getting too stressed out. Remember what’s really important to you and don’t worry about the insignificant stuff 💗

Side note: we went on a trail ride for our nieces birthday yesterday and had a great time. Charlotte now REALLY wants a horse…Christmas present? 🤔🙅🏼‍♀️ Not sure how we would tow a caravan and a horse float 🤣

How’s your Christmas shopping going?

Me … I’m getting there 😬 The joys of travelling and being in a small town.
I’ve definitely been doing more online shopping this year. The thought of going in to a big shopping centre at this time of year gives me anxiety just thinking about it 🤣

We have officially completed our first lap around Oz today as we head back in to BrisVegas. The traffic is still insane and I can’t wait to head back north away from all the crazy!

Looking for better options but don’t know where to start?

Change vs growth!

I used to struggle with the concept of ‘change’ until I realised ‘growth’ is usually what comes from it!

As a family we chose to step out of the rat race, do what scares most people, homeschool the kids, build an online business and follow our dreams to travel Australia & possibly beyond one day.
We have all grown as individuals and as a family unit. We are stronger than ever before. We all look a little older too 😆 Swipe to see 👉🏼

I’ve lived my whole life straightening my hair (or tying it up - probably will still do that). Let’s see how long this lasts! Maybe I should take bets 😆

There’s definitely been times where we have had to go longer than I would like to admit between sheet washes 😬🙊
I’m a clean freak, so it’s actually probably not that bad compared to some but it’s always nice to have a little refresh when you can’t wash/change as often as you like.
