I think we have enough high protein recipes, particularly dessert ones. Show me some high veggie recipes! Show me how I can sneak in more iron, more fibre, more calcium etc in to my meals.

⭐️ MEET THE TEAM ⭐️

1. Telia - Yes, I once weighed 160kgs. That means I know the struggle! Mental and physical. I am a mum to 2 teenagers. I am a qualified Strength and Conditioning coach with a passion for Olympic weightlifting, both coaching and competing. I work for the Queensland Police Service training the recruits. I am also a qualified primary and secondary school teacher and am currently studying my Master’s of Education, Guidance Counselling. I am an owner and coach at Junior Lifters. Career goal is to combine the role of Guidance Counselling with kids strength and conditioning. How to bribe me? Latte, full cream milk and I love chocolate!

2. Cate - I discovered my love for strength training about 12 years ago. At first, it was just something for me, especially since I had two young children at the time. However, as I became more consistent and started noticing positive changes in my health and well-being, it soon became an essential part of my everyday life.

I juggle a few jobs and side hustles, but when I’m not working, you’ll probably find me napping (haha) or spending quality time with my two daughters. I also love catching up with friends. How to bribe me? I’m not a coffee drinker, but I do enjoy a glass of OJ or Coke No Sugar. And, I have a major sweet tooth—I can’t resist chocolates, donuts, or cake!

⭐️ MEET THE TEAM ⭐️

1. Liv and Hayden - Co-Owners - Liv and Hayden have been friends for about three years now and share a passion for health, fitness and business. So it was really only a matter of time before they put all it all together.

2. Hayden - I have been involved in sports my whole life and I’ve grown a passion for fitness and recreation. I really enjoy motivating people to achieve their goals in and out of the gym and on and off the field. I have two young boys who love their sport and I umpire AFL, so keeping fit and healthy is important to me for many reasons. When I’m not being sporty, I’m occupied running my car sharing business (shout out ). And when I’m not doing any of that, I’m sipping flat whites and recharging the batteries 🙂 How to bribe me? Flat Whites.

3. Liv - Martial Arts got me into fitness and I fell in love with it. I did my cert 3&4 10 years ago while in Uni as I thought it would be a great uni job but after my Masters finished I just wanted to continue in the fitness industry. It is challenging but so rewarding. I love to help ordinary people achieve extraordinary things and show them what they are really capable of. I have a diploma in Nutrition and am a yoga teacher so like to provide a holistic service. How to bribe me? Almond chai lattes.
