⭐️ MEET THE TEAM ⭐️
1. Telia - Yes, I once weighed 160kgs. That means I know the struggle! Mental and physical. I am a mum to 2 teenagers. I am a qualified Strength and Conditioning coach with a passion for Olympic weightlifting, both coaching and competing. I work for the Queensland Police Service training the recruits. I am also a qualified primary and secondary school teacher and am currently studying my Master’s of Education, Guidance Counselling. I am an owner and coach at Junior Lifters. Career goal is to combine the role of Guidance Counselling with kids strength and conditioning. How to bribe me? Latte, full cream milk and I love chocolate!
2. Cate - I discovered my love for strength training about 12 years ago. At first, it was just something for me, especially since I had two young children at the time. However, as I became more consistent and started noticing positive changes in my health and well-being, it soon became an essential part of my everyday life.
I juggle a few jobs and side hustles, but when I’m not working, you’ll probably find me napping (haha) or spending quality time with my two daughters. I also love catching up with friends. How to bribe me? I’m not a coffee drinker, but I do enjoy a glass of OJ or Coke No Sugar. And, I have a major sweet tooth—I can’t resist chocolates, donuts, or cake!
