Honouring your capacity, energy, and truth is an act of self-respect.

🌀 It’s okay to be a mess sometimes.

Your thoughts feel tangled.
Your energy’s flat.
You forgot what day it is… and what you were doing in this room.

Here’s the truth: being a mess doesn’t mean you’re failing.
It means you’re human — and probably carrying more than most people realise.
