‼️Just remember, if you’re feeling pain in your back or can’t keep form, regress to just a normal bridge! We cannot stress enough!! We don’t want to be feeling this in our lower back. Key focal point is CORE & second you may feel your LEGS (front and back)!

Exercise may be one of the most promising non-pharmacological interventions for addressing the spectrum of risk factors associated with the hormonal changes during the menopausal transition and beyond.

The Health Collab had the privilege to manage all aspects of physiotherapy for at the 2025 U/16 Footlocker National Championships!

Highlighted by an All-QLD playoff game for 3rd, our South girls took home 🥉and North girls 4th. Our South Boys fought hard for a 6th place finish and North Boys 11th in the country.
