We welcome the lovely Katrina Lewis to our team! Katrina is an experienced Counsellor, practitioner, consultant, and owner of Empower 4 Solutions, Counselling and Consultancy.

✨Katrina is a passionate practitioner who values her role in supporting women to find inner strength, resilience and hope to manage every day and unique life challenges. She provides guidance, support, advice, and assessment whilst holding a safe and supportive space for clients to find solutions and feel more enabled, empowered and hopeful.

✨As a qualified Counsellor Katrina provides Counselling, child and family therapy, professional supervision, training, and consultancy, using post-modern counselling approaches including solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and systemic family therapy.

✨Katrina has trained in therapeutic life story work in London applying attachment focused therapy (dyadic developmental psychotherapy and PACE) and trauma-informed approaches to working with children and their parent.

✨Katrina has worked for over 25 years to support people through the child protection system, working with individuals, children, parents and families. She has held leadership positions and values the opportunity to help women grow their confidence, resilience, strength to overcome adversity, and improve their sense of self and capabilities. As a working mother of three children, Katrina understands the day to day challenges for women and importance of having a focus on self care and holistic wellbeing.
