Whether you are a couple of days postpartum or 6 months postpartum, your body deserves nourishment & trying to boost your milk supply can be tough.
During my own breastfeeding journey (which hasn’t been the easiest), I’ve found focusing on nutrient dense, energy supportive foods makes a big difference.
These cookies are rich in ingredients traditionally used to support lactation, while also helping to meet the increased caloric and mineral demands of postpartum.
While they aren’t a quick fix for supply challenges but they are a beautiful way to help nourish you while you are nourishing your bubba 🤎
