What started as a research assistantship turned into one of the most exciting projects I’ve worked on — and now, it’s been published in a Q1 journal.

During my PhD journey at the University of Southern Queensland, I had the privilege of working as a Research Assistant under the supervision of Dr. Grace Wang, whose mentorship truly made all the difference. I’m deeply thankful for giving me this opportunity.

Another workshop on ‘Stress Management’ for Year 1 Engineering undergraduates from the Faculty of Engineering at SLIIT was conducted on June 5th, 2024.

“Stress is not the problem, it’s our relationship with stress the problem”

I remember 👆🏼this quote from somewhere, but can’t remember from where. It has been stuck in my head so strongly.

Motherhood has been a life-changing journey for me, filled with immense joy and love. Yet, there have also been moments of pain, hurt, tiredness, and mental exhaustion. Through it all, I have learnt and strengthened.

Hats off to all the Mother Figures, those hoping to become Mothers, and everyone in between - Happy Mother’s Day!

I had the privilege of delivering a stress management workshop to a group of first-year engineering students at the Faculty of Engineering, SLIIT on the 09th February 2024.

It was a rewarding experience and the key takeaway was that while knowing the stress management strategies is important, the true power lies in the consistent application of these strategies.
