Join us for a half-day self-care retreat designed to support rest, reflection, and gentle renewal. This is a slow nourishing experience - no pressure, no performance, no need to give to anyone but yourself.
Throughout the afternoon you’ll be guided though:
💕 Gentle yoga movements
💕 Restorative yoga to deeply calm the nervous system
💕 Guided journalling and reflection
💕 A self-care ritual including affirmation cards and sessional oil roller bottles
💕 Light refreshments and a warm, welcoming studio space
Each participant will receive a self-care kit including a blank journal, affirmation cards, and a custom essential oil roller to take home.
This retreat is suitable for all levels and is especially supportive if you’ve been feeling tired, overwhelmed, or in need of intentional rest.
