Take a sacred pause this winter — a gentle turning inward. Let this be your invitation to rest, to soften, and to be held in quiet presence.

Restorative Yoga is like coming home to pure love — a practice of profound letting go, where tension melts and the nervous system exhales. In this gathering, you’ll be guided through a deeply restful sequence using props, blankets, and bolsters to fully support your body, allowing for true ease and effortless surrender.

We will drop into stillness and silence, accompanied by the soft resonance of sound healing, the gentle rhythm of poetry, and the comfort of shared presence. This is a space to release the weight of daily life, to soothe your busy mind, and to reconnect with the wisdom of your inner being.

Restorative Yoga is not about stretching — it is about opening. As the body unwinds, the mind quiets, and a deep inner balance begins to return. This nourishing practice has been shown to support physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing, offering a healing balm in a world that rarely pauses.

After our practice, we will gather to share a lovingly prepared supper — a warm, delicious dhal, cooked with heart and intention. A meal to ground us, to nourish body and soul.

Join Me for Prenatal Yoga with a Community of Expectant Mothers

Together, we’ll journey through pregnancy and motherhood, exploring mindful, nourishing movement, breath techniques, sound toning, meditation, visualisation, active birth positions, and more. You’ll deepen your connection with yourself, your baby, and others in a supportive, empowering space.

The knowledge, practices, and skills you’ll gain are designed to empower you throughout your pregnancy and birth—helping you trust your inner wisdom with confidence and strength. Our sessions aim to consciously prepare your mind and body for birth, no matter how your journey unfolds.

In our final week, we warmly invite birthing partners to join us as we explore partner exercises, stretches, active birth movements, and massage techniques to support you both.

You’re welcome to attend all 10 sessions or drop in whenever you can—there’s always a place for you.

Start Date: Thursdays beginning of each school term

Sacred Fire Ceremony

We’ll be holding a fire ceremony at our women’s retreat in May.
A fire ceremony is a powerful symbolic event held to support release and healing. Releasing unwanted energies and attachments from the past/present, allowing space for new intentions. A fire ceremony can be used to release unhappy memories, fears, negative emotions, and anything that you are holding onto that doesn’t serve your Higher Self.
By releasing these unwanted energies and old patterns into the fire, youre opening the space for healing at the heart and soul. Beside the flames, stories are told, wounds are healed, and prayers are offered. Join us in this timeless practice, the most ancient of ceremonies. Around the fire, we are open to new possibilities and personal transformation. Collectively supported in a circle of women, we forge new friendships and witness one another as we offer our intentions to the fire.

Join us as you nurture your wildness, find your community and awaken to nature.

Women’s retreats offer a precious opportunity to reclaim the parts of us that often get lost in the hustle and bustle of modern life. We find ourselves living in a world disconnected from the heart, body and earth. Busyness and productivity have been glorified. It’s become easy to neglect our own needs, desires, and innermost selves.⁠ ⁠

These spaces on Retreat provide a sanctuary away from the demands of everyday life, where we can pause, breathe, and reconnect. Emerge renewed, empowered, and fully aligned with who we truly are. We Surround ourselves by a supportive community of women, we are encouraged to slow down, listen to our bodies, and honour our emotions without judgment. ⁠When we hold each other in loving presence, profound healing naturally happens. Retreats for women can be an important element to discovering who you are and what you want as a woman.
