It doesn't have to be overwhelming or restrictive.
It might be as simple as the following:
*A glass of water upon waking
*Walk the block after work
*Iplement a regular bedtime
*Eat an apple instead of sweets
*Drink H20 in-between drinks🍸
*Eat protein with your breaky
*10 deep breathes before sleep
*Replace 1 coffee with hot H20
*1tspn of greens powder

If it's whole fresh food from mother earth 🌎 then it's nourishing.

If you're eating from packets then you're depriving your body of essential nutrients!! The more processed a food is, the less nutritional value.

Moral of the story... eat more fresh plants and fresh animal produce!

How can you help your body regulate temperature to set yourself up for a quality sleep? 😴

- Avoid exercising in the evening
- Make sure your bedroom isn't too warm (slightly cooler is best)
- Avoid hot showers close to bed time (opt for 'warm' showers)
- Don't crank the heater up on high while you relax on the couch, ( just take the chill off the air and opt for a blanket or warm pjs)
- Avoid having hot drinks too close to bed
- Have a break from spicy food if you have late dinners

Our body thrives on routine!
When we do things at the same time each day the body gets used to it and even prepares for it!
-
For example, if you eat breakfast or lunch at the same time each day and then for some reason can't eat at your usual time, your body tells you about it yeah?!... (tummy rumbles, you might start to feel light headed, foggy, or irritated etc.).
-
It's like having a pet, they know when it's food time, walk time, or bed time!... Because their body tells them (and they tell us if we're not on time! πŸ˜…).

The ONLY downside to a sleep routine is when you have an occasional social event that goes past your bed time πŸ₯±πŸ˜‚
