This is the question that drives me every day, and I know it's one that all of us should consider. We can't just let ourselves go and think that we'll be fine—we need to be proactive about taking care of our bodies so that we can stay in them for as long as possible.

Every day we take care of our bodies without even thinking about it. We eat healthy foods so that our digestive systems will function properly. We exercise so that we can keep our muscles strong and flexible enough to support us through any physical activity we might want or need to do.

We get enough sleep so that our brains can perform at their peak level each day when we wake up. And we drink plenty of water so that our bodies can continue functioning efficiently throughout the day—even though sometimes it feels like there's no more room left inside!

When you're feeling stressed out or anxious, your body produces more cortisol (the stress hormone) than usual. This causes inflammation throughout your body, including in your lymph nodes—which is why those swollen lymph nodes are so common around your neck when you're stressed out!
