Kingfisher Care QLD's owner is committed to the concept of a Plan Support Team and will encourage that team to oversee every aspect of your plan and the support it should provide.
Our carers are not called Support Workers for a reason. As an NDIS Participant, our owner knows the difference and staff are trained on her before coming to you.
We don't just send any carer. We try to match you and your carer and commit to sending the same carer every time where ever possible. If you and or carer's are not happy with the relationship, we will find someone else.
We also undertake to try to find someone for you if needed.
