My goal is to improve the wellness of the greater community by nourishing the self and providing holistic care that honours the whole person. I specialise in helping busy professionals overcome stress and burnout without sacrificing their careers. With a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and Health Scienc

e (Naturopathy), and over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, I’ve supported thousands of clients in achieving their health goals and reconnecting with their inner vitality. Now, as a student remedial massage therapist, I offer a range of bodywork modalities including relaxation massage, reflexology, Thai massage, and manual lymphatic drainage (MLD). These therapies complement my naturopathic and nursing background, allowing me to support clients through both energetic and physical pathways. Studying and working simultaneously taught me to reassess my priorities. I realised that if I didn’t tend to my own needs, I couldn’t give meaningfully to those around me. That insight continues to shape my practice and the way I hold space for others. I believe in the healing power of nature and the importance of balance across physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual dimensions. My approach is grounded in compassion, informed consent, and a deep respect for each client’s unique journey.
