Wealth and Wellness Therapy I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Financial Therapist™ in Springfield, MO. I am a wife, mother of two wild children, and animal lover.

I am Jordan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in Springfield, MO. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology in 2014 from Missouri State University. After years working with families in the foster care system, I went on to complete my master's degree in social work in 2019 through the University of Missouri - Columbia. I have nine years of experience helping children, individuals,

and families. Since I strongly value personal differences, therapy services are individualized to meet your specific needs. I may utilize modalities including mindfulness, narrative therapy, CBT, CPT, TF-CBT and others. I take pride in being a lifelong learner and tailoring the therapy experience to each client. I offer several options including virtual, in-home, or walk and talk sessions. Areas of Focus include:

The holidays can bring joy, but they can also be overwhelming. Setting boundaries is key to protecting your mental health and ensuring a positive experience. Here are 4 tips to help you manage your energy and prioritize your well-being:

1. Communicate Early – Let family and friends know your limits in advance. This reduces stress and avoids misunderstandings.
2. Learn to Say No – You don’t have to accept every invitation or commitment. Saying no is an act of self-care!
3. Set Time Limits – Plan when you’ll arrive and leave gatherings. You don’t have to stay longer than feels right for you.
4. Take Breaks – Schedule some “me time” during busy days to recharge, even if it’s just a few quiet moments.

First off, you are not alone. This is something that often happens when relationships end. Secondly, it is nothing to feel shame or regret over. It happened. Let's address it. If you find that past hurts are creeping up in your current relationships then we need to talk about what happened in the past. Even if you have financially moved on you may still need to emotionally move on too. This is what financial therapy can do.
