Beginner friendly, options always given.

Learn many practices to help relax body and mind, including breath, yoga nidra & meditation🧘‍♀️

Yoga helps to increase & improve mobility, strength & balance, improve sleep, general well-being & state of mind.

Yoga is perfect if you are stiff and inflexible, there is a common misconception you have to be flexible to practice or begin a yoga practice. This couldn't be further from the truth. Yoga helps to improve flexibility and range of motion.

I encourage people to practice to their current ability and honour the body where it is at. 💜💚
