Week 3 Recap: Falls Prevention Classes at Rochford Place đź’Ş
Last week, we focused on Strength and Stability, exploring why these two areas are so important in reducing falls and maintaining independence as we age.
We unpacked the key components of strength and stability, looked at how they work together, and discussed practical ways to build them into daily life.
Our Exercise Physiologist, Stefan, then guided us through a targeted exercise session to help improve balance, control, and confidence.
Another great week of learning and moving together with the lovely residents of Rochford Place.
