Walk It Off is a grassroots community mental health support initiative supporting both men & women

Walk It Off is a grassroots community based mental health support initiative, independently supporting both men and women who may be struggling to cope with life's pressures. Walk it Off is a safe place to connect and find non judgmental support from people with shared lived experiences to support the journey to wellness. The men's group meets on Wednesdays and the Women's group meets on Thursdays at The Bunker Cafe Bar at 5.30pm every Wednesday before walking approx. 4km returning to the Bunker

Last Wednesday, our Terrigal crew came together for a meal after the walk.
