It’s been a beautiful start to 2025 at Motion Meditation. Our yoga & pilates family has been up to a lot: with festival yoga , our Goddess Rising & Winter Solstice retreats , garden showcase at the International Flower & Garden show & of course lots n lots of yoga & pilates 🌺 .Couple of sneak previews amongst these shots for our Tassie retreat 2026 (watch this space). Currently sitting in luscious Lombok preparing for our Bali retreat next week so much more beauty to come 💫. Love working with you all so much 🙏 🧡 ###

Hello all, we have had one room become available (single or twin share), at our transformative ‘ELEMENTAL” retreat. Yoga, meditation, pranyama and energy work amongst the rice paddies and jungle at the serene Yoga Shala Bali in Ubud. JULY 3-9th 2025.
