now they’ll help at the Mother’s Day stall.

It got me thinking - how much do we all have sitting unused that could actually help someone else?

She didn’t change her life until her 40s…

I’ll be honest…I’ve had moments lately where I feel frustrated with myself. Wanting to move forward but getting in my own way 🥵

That’s why this message hit me.

There’s something about smiling faces that really warms my heart 💓

With so many “international days” throughout the year, I don’t always stop for them… but this one felt worth sharing.

Today, on International Day of Happiness (and heading into tomorrow’s Harmony Day), I wanted to share some of the beautiful faces in my world - clients, family, moments that matter.

“It often coincides with the March equinox, symbolising a day felt equally by everyone on the planet.”

A gentle reminder that the little things matter…
A smile, a check-in, a kind word (letting me out of my main road driveway on occasion 🙏😁)

What started as a few offhand words became a lifelong story I carried — one that led me into incredible work as a PT and Health Coach, but only after years of battling self-esteem and learning self-acceptance (which didn’t come until my 40s).

For some, the journey isn’t so forgiving. Please be mindful of what children hear — little ears can’t interpret intention, they just absorb meaning.

So many of us still carry those early stories that quietly shape how we see ourselves. 💭 If you’re struggling, reaching out for mental health support can make a world of difference — you don’t have to carry it alone.

A major tool in my own journey of self-acceptance came through understanding my 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 - it helped me see myself in a new light and finally make peace with my body. 🌿
