My tribe came and visited me from the Murray River and brought me some eucalyptus leaf.
Featuring the new K***a Story Mat, Euca leggings and some of my original art projects.

We are finishing up yoga classes with Emma at Into The Stillness on the 30th June 2022.
The last class will be Thursday 6pm-7pm
If you have a class pass and do not use your remaining by the last class we will be refunding you what you have not been able to use.

I have had such a wonderful time and this was a tough decision to make. I hope that all participants have enjoyed their experience and wish everyone all the best for their unfolding journeys ♥️

Legs up the wall. One of the favourites in my yoga classes. The wall is your friend and inversions are a great way to bring ease to an anxious mind. It allows blood to flow toward the heart. Best held for 5 minutes or longer to experience the benefits. ♥️🙏🏽
