Kerrie's Murder

Heads up if you listen to The Garden of Eden. You will my voice in episode 20. My sister died in St Helen’s Tasmania under unusual circumstances. I rang Edens parents and told them Kez died one year n 15 days before Eden in the same town with the same Coroner who has denied justice to Kerrie.

How Kerrie’s case was handled in unprofessional manner has happened in Eden case as well.

Kerrie was at the Peisley Reunion taking photos of everyone. Those photos are on disk at the Mitchell Library in Sydney with restricted access.

I think it’s important to share this at this time because it will be our history in a hundred years.

Kerrie's case is mentioned on the Garden of Eden podcast. I was interviewed by Jay about aspects that are similar to Eden's death. I will be posting more information about Kerrie case to show that the investigation is not complete. Some will be graphic photos to show what the killers did to her.

2. NSW Pathology didn't run the most up-to-date method to find the right amount of Fentanyl in Kerrie's blood.

3. New evidence ignored.

4. Notebooks from Police are not kept in Tasmania Police as evidence.

Found 8 years ago yesterday.

The research is ongoing. Found out disturbing information in the last week but I don't know who to turn to about this. Still deciding if I should go extreme or not. Mother f****** need it in their face something bad, could have a good witness tho. Excited about that. I think the truth is just at my reach now.

My question is should I release the names of everyone, who covered it up and who wanted to hide behind them. The list is very surprising.

Instead of dealing with two paedophiles its now three.

Eight years ago Kerrie was dead on her bed. She died on the 2nd Feb, but someone used her mobile at 4.35pm on the 3/2/2014 and Coroner McTaggart and Justice Brett thinks its nothing. They are wrong. Two calls were made on the 4/2/2014 at 11.47am and 1.06pm. One of these calls was made on a different mobile. Kerrie mobile had only two calls to 101. She was badly decomposed so the earliest she could of died was after 11am on the 2nd Feb 2014.

On the website there are email addresses so anyone can email them to support my request for a inquest. Please help.

Kerrie will get justice.

The Coroners Court, Magistrate court, and Supreme court it is said at the beginning of each day 'çome and you shall be heard by the court.' By a Court staff member.
Not one person in any of these courts in Tasmania has listened to me and this is why I have created the website and FB pages to show the evidence to the public so they can be warned about the actions of the staff at these courts.

Your daughters, sisters, mothers, and relative's death can be ruled by Police this way save money or protect the career of these Police officers.

The only person who can rule on deaths is a Medical examiner and/or Coroner. Kerrie's death should have been investigated immediately on finding her body.

Family members and friends of the deceased know that person and their habits. When this is overlooked to save money then the killer kills again that death is the responsibility of those who ignored the information about the deceased are criminally reasonable for all future murders. Forensic Pathologists need to be independent so their decisions can be true and correct. When Police Officer influences their decision and actions the autopsy is incorrect. Even Coroners need to shut up and allow the truth to come out.
I requested for the new Director to look at Kerrie's autopsy report and look if more vials of blood were taken because there is a new method of testing for Fentanyl in the blood which is more accurate. I sent this new method to the Executive Director of Forensic and analytical science service in NSW.

Matthew Osborn's decision not to look into Kerrie date of death / how she died / look for the vials / was controlled by Coroner McTaggart. How is that independent?

Please not that the three calls to 101 were ignored by Justice Brett.
Justice is his current role at the Supreme, his previous role was Magistrate.
